Returns & Refunds policy

1. Custom Stitching Orders

Since stitched and customized products are made specifically for individual customers, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a major manufacturing defect from our side.

2. Readymade Products

Returns for readymade products are accepted only if:

• The item is damaged upon delivery

• Wrong product was delivered

• Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

3. Fabrics & Suit Pieces

Cut fabrics, suit pieces, and customized materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges for eligible readymade products may be provided depending on stock availability.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may need to bear return shipping charges unless the issue occurred due to our mistake.
